My future Job

Hi hi

I was postponing this  because I have no idea about what I'm going to do with my life.
So, honestly, I'll just try to invent something.

Tim Burton is my favorite filmmaker, but I think He lost his style in this last years. One of my favorites movies is Beetlejuice and I would like to work with him for bringing back movies like this one. For this I think that I would have to be a Production Designer - that, in deed, it's my favorite part of make a film- because I like Production area and to do that things works, and also I like Art direction, and to do the staging things.

Now I remember something I would like to do. Long time ago I found a novel that became my favorite book, “The Bastard of Istambul” by Elif Shafak, a turkish writer, and in that moment I thought ‘ this must to be a movie’, and that is my future job, to make an adaptation of this book. I would like to shoot it in the real place the book is about, Istanbul of course, but like it’s about Armenian Genocide I’m not so sure that It will be possible, but let’s think that nothing is impossible.

And, like Forrest Gump said

All men must die

Hi hi!

I was watching 'House m.d' and  I remembered  that I have to do this  ._.

The Series that I had watch are very different, so I  made three groups

First are Anime and others animated series from USA. When I was a little girl I loved Bugs Bunny, Looney Toons and children Warner series like Animaniacs. I also used to watch ‘ Club de los Tigritos’ and then ‘Invasión’. The last anime I watched completely was ‘Soul Eater’ like 6 years ago, the others I watched are’ Ranma ½’ and ‘Ouran kouko High School’, and I have watch many others but not completely, this is a important thing to me because my best friends are 'otakus' so they influenced me a lot, and we sang the openings in every party.

Then I have the comedy series or sitcoms, like ‘How I met your mother’ and 'Friends', and ‘Malcolm in the middle’ or newer like ‘Awkward’, ‘New Girl’ and others Warner series, and ‘Daria’ which is animated but is more for teenager and young adults, and I watched like two years ago. These are my pastime now, specially in the nights.

And finally, the classics drama series. The first I watched was in national channel, most in TVN, like House, Grey's Anatomy, Nip Tuck. And when I was in Secondary, the sundays in 'Canal 13' I used to watch 'Lost' but I lost the last seasons. lol. But time after that I met the biggest fan of that serie who provided me with the original Lost dvds, my boyfriend. So my first birthday we spent together we passed the night watching the first o second season of Lost... so sweet.

The same happened with Game of Thrones- my blog's name comes from here- and True Detective (best series ever), that I watched for friends and boyfriend recommendation.

Have you seen one of this?
Looking for others recommendations !!

The Pet Curse

Hi hi
today I'm going to talk you about a sad topic. Pets.

The first pet in my house was 'Cachupín', a stray dog who was born the same time that i was born, so we had the same age. But he was a pet of the family, my first pet, really mine, was Hugo, a little bunny that my father bought to me in the farm market close to my house, in a mother's day, that was very simbolic. I loved Hugo, and he loved my male cat, 'Corbatita' and He used to try to seduce him - if you know what i mean-, it was very funny.

One night I went to buy for dinner, and I left the door open, and Hugo got out without anybody noticed it. And when I started to miss him, I went outside and saw his dead body on the street, he has been  run over.

Since then I had have a Pet Curse, because for a long time all my pets died before the year, specially cats and Guinea pigs, so I stopped to have feelings for animals, because I suffered a lot.

One weekend my dad brought to home a couple of abandoned little cats, and full of hope I took the male and my little sister the female one, and in two days he died. So I spat to the world and I started to hate every pet that cross my way, even the sister of my died cat. But one day we are alone in the house, and she came to me and started to purr, and I felt in love with her, so I changed her named - because my sister called 'Lulú'- to Gatina and I kept her for me, and only me. This happened four years ago and she still alives !!!
Then we adopted a litltle abandoned black cat that we called 'Negro', and then another abandoned kitty called 'Chiqui'.
Like the Pet curse seems broken I tried to kept a little rabbit that my dad found in the street who was blind of one of his eyes, I had to try not loved him at first for his own safe, but  could not resist and I called him 'Conejino', and I kept it after all.

But the other day I just had arrive home and watch how Negro took conejino for his trought and run away and I was chocked, so my mum went for him, and then she told me that Conejino was dead.

End of the sad story.
Now I' m going to shoot my self.
Bye

Gets Louder

Hi Hi

This last weekend I went to ’Santiago Gets Louder’ which is a metal music festival. I was going to see my favorite band System of a Down – I mentioned them in my previous post- for second time in my life. So I started to think about the best concert I had ever going, and in the total opposite side, I think that It was ‘Miranda!’, an argentine electro pop band. Yes, I have a diverse taste for music.

Since I was a girl I wanted to go to see them in a show in Blondie’s where they used to play. I knew all this songs and dance steps, but I was so tiny to go to concerts and nobody could accompany me. So, last year, close to my birthday in June, Miranda! Had a show in Blondie’s,
IT WAS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY!!

Also, three years ago Blondie’s became my favorite place to dance and having a good time with my boyfriend. So both went to see Miranda! And I sang all the songs and cried – It was very emotive, ok- and then, when It was over, we went to another room to dance the brit pop songs that my boyfriend likes.

Have you a diverse music taste like me? What kind of music do you like?

A Country I'D like to visit

Since I was 14 that I want to visit Armenia. I met this country by my favorite band, System of a Down, because they’re descendents of Armenian Genocide survivor and I just loved it. Since then I started to read and learn about this ancient culture -just yesterday Republic of Armenia marks 24th anniversary of independence, but the culture nation is one of the older cultures in the world.

Armenia is between Europe and Asia, next to Turkey, Georgia, Iran and Azerbaijan. They have their own language and symbols -which I know a little- and their own traditional games like ‘tavli’, my favorite –I even got 3rd place in a championship, playing again Armenians. And also have a few traditional dances that I tried to learn.

I would like to stay in Armenia for a month at less and live in the small towns around Erevan, Armenia’s capital city, to join the tradition there, and I would like to visit the Armenian Genocide Museum, especially for April 24th when the Genocide is commemorated.

Meanwhile I visit the ‘Armenian Community of Chile’ and learned more and more about
this culture.
